Prior to joining Justice for Workers, Allen worked for a renowned defense firm dedicated primarily to resolving legal issues surrounding employment law, professional liability, medical malpractice, and legal malpractice.
Allen graduated from UCLA, where he was twice on the Dean’s Honors List and served as student body Alumni Engagement Director, representing 31,000 undergraduate students.
He earned his J.D. from Loyola Law School, securing a prestigious scholarship throughout his tenure. During his time there, he excelled, earning First Honors for his appellate brief and oral argument in Appellate Advocacy, and achieving First Honors in Mediation Advocacy for Litigators under the guidance of the Honorable Judge Killefer.
Active in various legal associations, Allen devoted his efforts to the Department of Fair Employment and Housing by participating in his law school’s Pro Se Mediation Advocacy Clinic, where he successfully negotiated one of its highest settlements. Additionally, he contributed to the community by educating inner-city youth through Team Prime Time, emphasizing his commitment to making a positive impact beyond the legal realm.
Known for his strong negotiation and mediation skills, Allen, now an Associate Attorney at Justice for Workers, looks forward to utilizing his expertise to ensure justice prevails for his clients.
