Joseph is an employment attorney who specializes in complex wage and hour litigation, including class actions and Private Attorney General Act (PAGA) litigation. Prior to joining Justice For Workers, Joseph focused on defending employers in employment disputes, product liability litigation, and complex wage and hour actions.

Joseph strives to restore equity and justice in the lives of wronged employees. He utilizes his prior experience defending employers to provide insight into his practice today.

Joseph earned his J.D. from Pepperdine School of Law. He served as an editor for the Pepperdine Law Review. He also served his community through public interest clinics and providing pro-bono services.
